Description of steel wire hose
Steel Wire Hose with embedded spiral steel wire, also known as PVC steel wire reinforced spring hose, PVC spring hose.
The structure of the hose is 3 layers:
- Outer layer: 100% new PVC soft plastic
- Inner layer: embedded metal wire spiral structure
- Outer layer: 100% new PVC soft plastic
Due to its unique embedded spiral steel wire structure, it is rigid and flexible, with sufficient mechanical properties and rigidity, but at the same time has excellent flexibility. Good hose for air, water, flue gas, oil and other liquids and gases in the range of -10°C to 65°C.

Product Details of pvc steel wire reinforced hose

2> Embedded with galvanized copper wire with circular inner and outer diameters. Resistant to negative pressure, can keep round under high pressure. High strength, resistant to stretching and twisting.

Applications ot the hoses
Steel wire hose is an industrial grade hose. It can be used to transport industrial water, oil, sewage, powder, chemical raw materials and so on. The hose also can be used to convey liquids such as wind power, suction and drainage, oils, low concentrate on chemicals, and solid particles and powdered materials. In either use, the material itself must be “non-corrosive” and “low concentration of chemicals”.
