1. Inner layer: The PVC reinforced suction hose use high-density PVC material. It has corrosion resistance, chemical resistance, and wear resistance. Suitable for multiple liquid media simultaneously.
2. Reinforcement layer: We use high-strength polyester fibers embedded in PVC. Provide structural support for the hose. This also enhances the ability to withstand pressure and collapse.
3. Outer layer: PVC covering layer, protecting the reinforcement layer from external damage. At the same time, it has anti ultraviolet, weather resistance and anti-aging properties.
Specification Selection

1. Inner diameter range: Common sizes range from 1 inch (25mm) to 10 inches (300mm), and smaller or larger sizes can be customized.
2. Length: The standard length is usually 10 meters, 20 meters, or 30 meters. Our factory supports on-demand cutting.
3. Pressure rating: Select according to the working pressure, low pressure type (0.3-0.7MPa) or high pressure type (0.7-1.2MPa).
