A system consisting of a PVC air hose assemblies, permanently connected fittings and possible other accessories .The size of the fitting (e.g. 1/4″, 3/8″) must match the inside diameter of the hose. A 1/4″ fitting is designed for a hose with a 1/4″ inside diameter.
Hose Body:
We use high quality virgin PVC material to manufacture. Unlike ordinary PVC water pipes, this hose is embedded with a high-strength fpolyester braided. So it allows to withstand the high pressure of compressed air and prevent rupture or collapse.
Assemblies
Fully threaded connector: Both ends are threaded (such as MNPT), used to connect fixed piping systems.
Quick-connect fittings: The most popular industry standard. One end has a male thread (usually M/NPT) for connecting to a female connector on an air compressor outlet or pipeline. And the other end has a quick-connect female connector with a collar for quickly connecting and disconnecting pneumatic tools.
