Hose Structure
The inner and outer layers are made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC), and the middle layer is embedded with a high-strength polyester (polyester) fiber braided mesh as a skeleton reinforcement layer. This structure gives the hose excellent pressure resistance and effectively prevents expansion, deformation or bursting during compressed air delivery. The polyester braided layer significantly improves the tensile strength and durability of the hose.
Product Features
The hose is both light and flexible. It is 1/3 to 1/2 lighter than traditional rubber or metal hoses. It is also suitable for bending and laying in complex spaces and coiling and storage. The outer surface is wear-resistant, oil-resistant, acid-resistant, alkali-resistant and weather-resistant. It is also suitable for harsh environments such as factory workshops and construction sites. Some products have built-in anti-static design to ensure safe gas transmission. The applicable temperature range is generally -10°C to +65°C, and it is not easy to harden in cold environments. If you want to maximize the outdoor service life of the hose, you need to avoid contact with strong solvents and long-term exposure to ultraviolet rays.
