Hose Structure

Layflat PVC delivery hose has three layers structure. We use high-density and high-strength polyester wound to form a multi-layer interwoven structure. This design gives the hose extremely high longitudinal tensile strength and radial burst pressure resistance. And enabling it to withstand extremely high internal working pressure as well as external impact, drag and friction.
Fully covered PVC coating: The inner and outer sides of the skeleton layer are covered with high-quality PVC material.
Inner layer: Provides extremely smooth inner wall. Significantly reduces fluid resistance. Improves water supply efficiency. Effectively prevents scale, algae growth and internal wear. High-purity PVC ensures the cleanliness of the transported water.
Outer layer: Forms a strong protective barrier. Gives the hose excellent resistance to abrasion, pressure and tearing. And resistance to harsh environments (UV, oil, chemicals).
Professional Performance
Excellent flexibility and terrain adaptability: Even large-diameter hoses have good flexibility. So they can easily bypass obstacles. They can adapt to uneven terrain and are flexible and convenient to lay.
Strong weather resistance: High-quality PVC formula ensures stable performance in outdoor environments such as sunlight exposure (UV resistance), rain, and frost resistance, and is not prone to brittleness or degradation.
Excellent durability and long life: The high-strength frame is combined with the anti-wear/anti-aging PVC coating. It can maintain a long service life when towing on rough ground, gravel, crushed stone and other complex terrains. So the PVC material reduces the replacement frequency and total cost of ownership.
Application of Layflat PVC Delivery Hose
Large-scale agricultural irrigation: Layflat PVC delivery hose use water pumps to irrigate farmland. And divert water from ditches, and pump water for drainage.
Industrial water treatment and cooling: factory cooling water discharge, sewage treatment plant inlet and outlet water.
Construction: construction site precipitation, rainstorm emergency drainage, river dredging, and temporary fire-fighting water supply.
