Hose Design & Structure
Industrial twin welding hose is specially designed for the simultaneous delivery of oxygen and acetylene, which improves operational convenience and safety by combining two separate hoses into one integral unit. Such hoses are usually color-coded: oxygen hoses are usually red or black, while acetylene hoses are often blue or green. In terms of materials, there are three main types: PVC, Hybrid and rubber, each with its own characteristics. PVC hose is made of polyvinyl chloride. It is lightweight, flexible and low cost. The most important feature are good chemical resistance and corrosion resistance. The working temperature is between -10℃ and 65℃.
Hybrid tube is a mixed material design. For example, it combines a rubber inner layer and a PVC outer layer. It combines the advantages of multiple materials. For example, enhances durability, flexibility and wear resistance and also provides longer service life and reliability.
Rubber material is the traditional choice, made of natural or synthetic rubber. Designed with highly flexible and resistant to high temperature and pressure. So it suitable for harsh industrial environments, but relatively heavy and expensive.
