Twin hose design: The high-pressure twin welding hose have a dual hose design: two hoses in parallel (usually color-coded, the red is for Acetylene, blue for oxygen)
Reinforcement layer: High-strength fiber braided layer is used to ensure high pressure resistance (20bar) and explosion resistance.
Outer Layer: PVC type: lightweight, oil-resistant, chemical-resistant, suitable for general industrial environments.

Usage and Maintenance Precautions

Overpressure is strictly prohibited: Even if the rated pressure is 20 bar, the recommended operating pressure is ≤ 80% of the rated value.

Avoid Damage: Keep away from sharp objects, sparks, or hot surfaces (PVC hoses will melt in the presence of fire).

Regular Inspection: Check for cracks on the outer layer and the airtightness of the inner layer. Replace any aging hose immediately.

Storage Conditions: Store in a coiled container away from direct sunlight and moisture.
