PODUCT DESCRIPTION
Heavy duty flat hose is a durable water hose made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) material, widely used in agricultural irrigation, industrial drainage, fire emergency, construction sites and other fields. Its characteristics are high strength, explosion-proof, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and suitable for long-term use in complex environments.
PVC MATERIAL
Inner layer: Smooth PVC material can reduce water flow resistance and prevent dirt deposition.
Reinforcement layer: High strength polyester thread is usually braided. The higher the pressure of the water hose, the denser the woven thread during production, which can improve the compressive strength and prevent explosion (common working pressure is 6-10 bar).
Outer layer: The thickened PVC layer to enhance wear resistance, UV resistance and aging resistance. Adapting to various weather conditions, it will not freeze or harden due to low temperatures in winter, which may cause cracking.
