- Pressure resistance: Dueto the woven reinforcement layer, it has good pressure resistance. The common rated working pressure is usually between 4 Bar and 10 Bar, which can meet most irrigation, cleaning and water transport needs. Its bursting pressure is much higher than the working pressure.
- Size specification: The inner diameter ranges widely, commonly from 1/2 inch (about 13mm) to 2 inch (about 50mm). The length is usually measured in rolls (50 meters, 100 meters).
- Weather Resistance: High-quality PVC woven hoses are treated with UV stabilizers, which effectively resist degradation from sunlight and extend their outdoor lifespan. Additionally, these hoses are cold-resistant (they remain flexible even at reasonable low temperatures, with the specific cold resistance depending on the formula, typically up to-10°C. However, they may become hard and brittle at low temperatures, so use with caution), and can withstand certain high temperatures (typically up to 60°C).
- Wear and scratch resistance: The outer layer PVC provides a certain degree of wear resistance, which can resist damage caused by dragging or slight scratches on the ground.
- Corrosion resistant/catering chemicals: good tolerance to water, most commonly used fertilizers, pesticides (at recommended concentrations) and weak acids and alkalis.
