PVC Fiber Hose Introduction
Material & Structure

Inner layer: For this clear fiber reinforced hose, we use high-purity PVC (polyvinyl chloride) material. The tube is smooth and wear-resistant, ensuring smooth fluid delivery and having certain chemical corrosion resistance.
Reinforcement layer: Embedded with high-strength polyester fiber braided layer. So it provides excellent tensile and pressure resistance to prevent the hose from expanding or bursting under high pressure.
Outer layer: PVC protective layer, UV-resistant and aging-resistant, suitable for a variety of indoor and outdoor environments.
Hose Feature
High transparency: It’s an important feature of PVC hoses. You can clearly see the flow state of liquid or gas in the tube (such as water flow, bubbles, impurities, etc.)
High pressure resistance: The fiber-reinforced structure allows the hose to withstand normal working pressure (usually 4 – 10 bar, depending on the specifications).
Flexible and durable: The can be bent and coiled, not easy to deform, easy to store and use.
Corrosion resistance: Due to the PVC material, it suitable for water, air, oil or other liquids under normal working condition.
Lightweight and easy to install: The PVC material is lighter than rubber hoses and easier to carry and install.
Hose Specification
Inner diameter (ID): usually 1/5 inch to 2 inches (5mm-50mm). We accept custom size according to needs.
Working pressure: 4 bar to 10 bar (standard type)
Temperature range: -10°C to +65°C (some high temperature resistant types can reach +80°C).
Color: Common colors are transparent, bluish, crystal, blue, red, etc., It also can custom as per customer’s request.
Length: The standard length in one roll is 50 meters or 100 meters. The custom length is available.
Hose Application Scenarios

For PVC clear fiber reinforced hose, the most common application is small water delivery projects or irrigation. In the industrial field, it is used for the delivery of media such as water, air, chemicals, oil, etc.
