Hose Design & Structure
The hybrid material 1/4 inch twin hose is a dual-purpose hose designed for welding and cutting operations. So it combines the oxygen and acetylene delivery functions. The inner layer is made of corrosion-resistant PVC or rubber. It ensures the chemical compatibility and transmission safety of oxygen and acetylene. The middle reinforcement layer is woven with high-strength polyesters. It provides compressive support (can withstand pressures up to 2MPa). The outer layer is wear-resistant rubber to protect the hose from physical damage and environmental erosion.
