PVC Clear Tubing is made from the highest quality polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and special plasticizers without extenders or fillers. The hose has a dense and smooth bore. It is ideal for many applications in the laboratory as well as in chemical and industrial plants and food and beverage applications. The tubing is resistant to oxidation, chemicals, and bacteria and has a minimum bend radius of 3x diameter. Its extreme flexibility permits easy set-ups, and it flushes clean with most conventional cleaners and sanitizers. It can be used with a variety of fittings.

- Firstly, Temperature and chemical compatibility limitations: Temperature sensitive: long-term use temperature less than or equal to 60℃, high temperature is easy to soften and deform and release hydrogen chloride. Solvent risk: avoid contact with acetone, chloroform and other solvents, which may lead to swelling and rupture.
- Secondly, Health and toxicity control: Medical and food grade should be selected without phthalate (Non-Phthalate) to prevent plasticizer migration. Prohibit high temperature combustion: PVC Contains chlorine, incineration will produce hydrogen chloride (HCl), which needs professional treatment.
